I believe in providing sound, evidence-based nutrition advice that not only nourishes the body but reduces risk of disease. I spend a lot of time researching and investigating nutrition topics. If a new recommendation comes out I don’t just believe it, I research it until I feel confident that I have the best answer. I don’t care who the information is coming from or how well known they are, I look into it myself. I know there is a vast amount of nutrition information floating around out there and a lot of it is based on money and greed so it’s not coming from a good place. When I give advice or recommendations, people can feel confident that they are getting the right advice for them and its coming from a good place.
